It's been three weeks since I placed my orders and I have not received my orders. I have not been able to reach anyone to communicate about this. I will NEVER purchase from DXM Wholesale again and I will do a chargeback on the orders they have never sent. My first time being completely disappointed with using SimpleLots. Stay away from DXM Wholesale. They appear to be crooks.

After 17 days my items have not arrived. They marked my purchases as 'completed' but their site information hasn't changed since they accepted my order and took my money. DXM Wholesale does not answer my messages and haven't provided tracking information. Terrible communication. Still waiting on my order or some information about shipping.
